We know that, at this time of year, many parents like to show their appreciation for the teaching and support staff through a gift. In addition, this year Miss Hargreaves and Mrs Marsh are leaving us, two hardworking and long serving of members of staff who will be sadly missed.
With this is mind, and in response to enquiries, we are asking that any gifts are brought into school from Monday 13th to Wednesday 15th July. All gifts should be clearly marked with the recipient’s name and class, where appropriate.
Children of Key Workers attending school
Gifts must not be handed directly to the member of staff.
Gifts should be taken by the child attending school into the hall of the building they are in and left in the designated area. The gifts will be collected from the hall by the respective members of staff.
Children not currently attending school
In order to follow Covid 19 guidance, all gifts should be left in the Reception at the Park Farm Road entrance of the Infant Building, between 9.30am and 2.30pm to avoid the drop off and pick up of children in school. All gifts, regardless of which building the recipient works in should be left in this entrance. They will be moved to the hall by a member of staff
