Children's Food Campaign Survey
Good afternoon everyone, please can you help by filling in this survey.
Pennine Lancashire’s Healthier Place, Healthier Future programme is working with Food Active and The Children’s Food Campaign to conduct a parents survey to find out how the Covid-19 pandemic has affected their child’s eating habits and preferences – and if so, in what ways. The more responses we get, the better it will help inform the development the Trailblazer programme – healthy eating programme.
The survey takes no more than 10 minutes and is open to all parents and carers living in the UK with children aged under 18 years old. The closing date for this is Friday 17th July.
