Junior Christmas Disco

On Tuesday 18th December there will be Junior Christmas Discos in the evening.

Admission to the disco is £2.00 and you will have received a letter regarding this . If you would like your child to attend the disco please complete and return the form at the bottom of the letter, with payment, by Wednesday 12th December. Your child will be issued with a ticket and admission on the night will be by ticket only.

During the disco the children will have the opportunity to buy items form the ‘Feni Tuck Shop’, please send no more than £3.00. The PTA will be running a “Pop-up-Café”, in a Year 6 classroom, for any parents/carers who would like to stay in school whilst their child is at the disco, there will also be colouring sheets for siblings.  Please note parents will not be allowed into the hall where the disco will be held.

Year 3 and 4 Disco will be held from 4.15pm until 5.15pm.

Year 5 and 6 Disco will be held from 5.30pm until 6.30pm

Children must be collected from the disco by an adult.

In order to ensure the children’s safety the Junior Playground will not

be available for parking.

START OF THE DISCO

Please use the main front entrance of the school.

END OF DISCO

To avoid congestion in the corridors it would be helpful if parents could follow the following guidelines:

  • When you arrive to collect your child please wait in your child’s classroom.

If you are collecting more than one child please tell the children which classroom

you will be in.

  • If you are collecting your child/children from Year 5 or Year 6 classrooms please use the main front entrance of the school.

  • If you are collecting your child/children from Year 3 or Year 4 classrooms please enter the school via the door the children use at the end of the day – the door at the end of the hall block, opposite the gate into the playground.

Hopefully this will alleviate the problem of corridors being blocked.
